I run a computer business and sell refurbished computers and place a licensed copy of Bitdefender on every pc we sell, infact we do not warranty any pc that does not contain Bitdefender.
However, after bragging to all our customers about how Bitdefender is so good that its in a league of its own we sold our first copy of BD 2011.
Customer returned pc because BD 2011 is blocking msn.
What an embarrassment on our part. We then reverted his pc to BD 2010 and again returned with the common grey (non responding) BD icon.
We are now seeking a volume license with Avast security as we can at this time no longer trust BD.
What happened to this far superior protection that used to exist
