2011 Antivirus Pro Problems
The 2011 version of the Antivirus Pro product is not nearly as good as the 2010 version. It seems every picture, ad, graphic that I see on Yahoo is scanned. Slow lethargic browsing speeds are approaching earlier versions of Norton Security Suite, which I dumped in favor of BitDefender products at the recommendation of my local computer guru. Processes on my computer routinely steal 30-60% of my processing speed with a T2400 Intel processor @1.83GHz and 3 GB of RAM, using Windows XP Home with Service Pack 3
Have open ticket on this issue Ticket ID:201012081002457. Cosmin Zamfir, BitDefender Technical Support Engineer, told me to disable Search Advisor and Antiphishing modules for Windows Explorer, and for a brief time, that worked. Now, the slow browsing speed issue has returned, and a major portion of the protection I'm paying for is deactivated. Mr. Zamfir has not replied to my latest email sent 10 days ago. Most of the help I get from the support pages assumes one owns Bitdefender's most complete products. Most of the references there are for features I don't have.
Is it possible to revert back to Antivirus 2010? I had much better performance with it than the new, improved 2011 product...

I would like to first see a set of logs generated on the PC having this issue before you revert back to 2010, if that is OK with you. If so, please follow the instruction sent via email in response to the ticket ID: 201012081002457.
