Not Starting

Why has my BD stopped starting up when computer starts, I used to have an icon next to the clock, now nothing, so how do I know if BD is running

    You should start your topic with some basics info we need in order to provide you with an accurate answer, as such:


    - what BitDefender product are you using;


    - what Operating System;


    - what PC architecture (32-bits ; 64-bits)


    Try to expand the system tray by clicking on the small arrow so all the icons next to your PC clock will be displayed. Provide me with a screenshot of the system tray bar when expanded. Also open Task Manager (press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC) and go to Processes. There look for a process called bdagent.exe and tell me if you see it in the list or not.
