Please help on this issue the real time protection is disable in Win7 and i have tried a few option and its wont work.

try to uninstall, restart PC, re-install Bitdifender

Before reinstalling I need few info from you along with a set of logs generated on the PC having the issue, as follows:

- have you used a prior version of BitDefender;

- have you disabled the Windows Defender - you can check its status in Windows Control Panel;

- are you using a 32-bits or a 64-bits PC;

- any other security software installed on the PC ?

Follow the steps explained in THIS article then send me a PM with the generated log file along with a detailed description of the issue you encounter and a link with the topic you started.
