Problem With Nokia Software Updater

i have the same problem


OVI suite working but nokia software updater is taking very long time to load and it never happen


i had done as you said in the post but still the same.


even i try to disable the firewall but no hope


i can you can help

    - i had done as you said in the post but still the same. - what post are you talking about ? Do not open more than a single topic for an issue.


    - nokia software updater is taking very long time to load - any error message ? Please provide me with the software version and a screenshot of the window where the soft is trying to connect and fails.


    Also try to add any other information you may find useful: when the issue first occurred, try to disable each BitDefender module and see if the issue persist.
