Hello, I have a new copy of Bitdefender Internet Security and am unable to register the product or get updates because of an errer stating that no internet connection is detected. This issue is happening on a laptop with both wired and wireless connections available, disabling one and using the other does not work.


The exact error message is as follows: "Product Activation with the Licence key and the BitDefender account you have provided failed because no internet connection has been detected."


Please send me the instructions you used to fix the issue as you have with others, thanks.
