Problem With Registration

Hi. Yesterday evening I bought a 2 year 3 pc version of bitdefender via download from your official Belgian (flanders) web page. After successfully completing the download, starting the installation program and successfully entering my license key, my registration failed when I entered my username and correct password (see screenshot). The error message stated my user was not found in the register.


After that I had to cancel the installation procedure.


Please look into this so I can complete the installation.


I can log in to the Flemish website of bitdefender (myaccount section) using the same user ID and password. I can not enter the US website of bitdefender using my ID and password.

    As a solution to this issue, during the install process, please select Create a new account (Nieuwe account aanmaken). You will then be able to enter your email and password of choice.
