Bitdefender 2011 Vault Is Gone

After upgrading from BD2010 to BD2011 i found out that the vault function was gone.. After searching this forum i found that this is a common issue but the tech support guy here doesn't say how it can be fixed.. just that i can be..

I was wondering if anybody can share me the secret.. " /> I have an old vault with some important files in it and i wan't to get it out/use it again.
