Help - No Registration Key Sent
I purchased Bit defender Total Security 4 days ago - downloaded - was sent confirming email but no registration key. Have spoken to live chat twice and sent an email with no reply. Does this happen often? Doesn't engender any confidence in the product. I have been forced to go to another product. I want my money back. Bit Defender has taken my money but is not supplying the product. " />

I answered your email requests explaining the situation. Your order was processed correctly. Please do not understand this reply as a denial of your refund request, as we do have a 30day policy. However I am asking to reconsider your decision.
As for the negative experience you had while using live chat assistance, from what I can see there are no recorded tickets under your current email address. Without the email address used for purchase, I can see how the agent was not able to help you or had to delay the solution by further escalating your request.
