Windows Security Centre - Bd Not Recognised
Hi all,
Just downloaded BD 2011 trial version for my laptop - gonna buy full version when trial runs out.
I have a problem that Windows Security Centre doesn't recognise that BD firewall or anti-virus is turned on. I've seen old posts where other people have this problem, but the solution doesn't work on Windows 7.
Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have any other security solutions installed on the same PC ? What BitDefender product have you installed ?

Firstly appologies for the very late reply - I was on holiday and didn't take my laptop.
I am doing the things you suggested and will post back when its completed.

I don't think the instructions are working as they are intended for me. When I run as administrator on the support.exe file, I get this pop up:

Hi,
The message you receive is the correct one however, the file you need to run is SupportTool.exe and not Support.exe.
Please follow the steps and send me the requested log file. Thank you!
