Fail Fail All Day
ok so i've just gotten my computer back and fixed and now 3GB ram but now BD is not scaning, not enabling real-time protection even thogh it is!
and it won't even let me disable it!
and windows thinks that it's not on but it is!
it work before is got it fixed so what do i do?
and i'm just about to restart it now but hope you know...

"...back and fixed" sounds like you had it in a shop for some repair. If the shop ran any kind of "clean-up" or "repair" programs, especially affecting the Registry, they may have damaged your installation of BD.
You didn't provide much information about your PC - Which OS (WinXP, Vista, Win7) and is it 32-bit or 64-bit? Which BD product (Antivirus Pro, Internet Security or Total Security)?
I would recommend a clean re-installation of BD.
Start by running the BD Uninstall Tool. Reboot the PC. Then, download a fresh copy of the BD product you are using from the appropriate link in this topic and save it to your PC. Then run the installer. If your PC has either Vista or Win7, be sure to right-click on the installation file and select Run As Administrator.
