License Key Problems

So I just purchased the 3PC/1yr for BD Total Security, but I can't get it to work. After I input the activation key, I press Next to the next page where I have to create a new account.


But when I try to do so, it just says "The License key you have entered is not valid. If your purchased this key you can contact Customer Support to get help with this issue."


So any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

  • I have exactly the same problem. I bought the software from hermanstreet.com. it accepts the key for a few seconds and goes back and says its an invalid key. cant register the email either. any help would be much appreciated.
