Cannot Start Bitdefender

bitdefender total security 2011

os windows 7 64bit newly installed. sp1 updated

error running bdagent.exe

"The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see application event log or use the command line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail."

i did the "Running Error?" posted on forum.bitdefender.com, the post of gigerm. but still the same. what am i doing wrong?

also i've searched the forums of bitdefender and saw one of the forums that said to make sure to "Please check if you have installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable". at i have. it is installed.
