Supplied Wrong E-mail Address During Registration

Hello,


In March I bought Bitdefender Internet security. During registration I supplied the wrong (non excistent) e-mail address. I payed by iDeal, so the money was withdrawn instantly. I have send mails and talked to someone by chat. The person i chatted with told me he would solve this problem. So far I haven't had any response. What kind of information do I have to supply to get it working. I can show my account from which the money was withdrawn. I also gave this information on the chat.


Summarized:


I supplied wrong e-mail address during registration


Therefore I did not recieve a key


I cannot use Bitdefender while I payed almost € 80,-


How can we solve this?

    Do you have the bank statements records on hand? Please send me via PM the exact entry pertaining to the BitDefender charge, date and name under which the purchase was made. If you know the wrong email address that was used, all the better.
