Renewal Problem

I'm using Bit Defender Total Security 2011 and want to renew the account for one year for 3 pcs, through the offer emailed to me with the link(https://store.bitdefender.com/order/checkout.php?CART_ID=19004fd1821f36e091c1778c3cd3015c&et_cid=20188231). This offer gives me 18 months usage in this payment of INR 3103.62 for one year. But every time I pay and purchase it is failing. Hereby I attach the screen shot of the error message.Kindly help me renew with this offer. I have only 24 days left to renew.
