Problems With Registration, (licence Key You Have Entered Is Not Valid Message)

So I just purchased the 3PC/1yr for BD Total Security, but I can't get it to work After I input the activation key, I press Next to the next page where I have to create a new account.


But when I try to do so, it just says "The License key you have entered is not valid. If your purchased this key you can contact Customer Support to get help with this issue."

    Dimitrios: please send me the following information via PM:


    - the license key you are using;


    - the email address you used to purchase and register BitDefender;


    - what BitDefender product are you currently using;


    - installation language for the BitDefender software


    Ritak: what is the exact error message you receive when trying to activate / register BitDefender ? Please post a screenshot of that error message. NOTE: make sure that you mask your license key when creating the screenshot.
