Bitdefender Resets Windows Options

Bitdefender resets the following option randomly even they are disabled

1) Windows Update

2) Windows Security Center Alerts

3) Folder Options

The Folder Options become unselectable after a Device Detection Scan (Not sure for any other Scan Type or on Virus Detection). They return to normal, but couldn't figure it out how?

Are you referring to the options within BitDefender Security Center ? Post few screenshots please and also reproduce the exact steps you take for the issue to occur. Thanks.

Sorry I didn't mention the details. Actually I am talking about the Windows settings, a Windows pop-up appear in the task bar e.g I have disabled Windows Updates and its alert from Windows Security Center, but after some days these are automatically enabled to their default settings.

Since the subject issue occur in random manner, so I don't have any snap shot yet, but hopefully managed to get upon next occurrence. Also I used my Laptop without Bitdefender installed for some days and no such issue occur.

I am using Windows XP Professional SP3, 32bits.

When you see that notification such as the Windows Updates are disabled please run the SupportTool and send me the log.
