On-access-scan Bug

Hi,

there are a lot of programs I'm not able to install. One case, I have to start a setup "as administrator" altough I am admin to run it without error.

The other case I have to turn off On-Access-Scan, otherwise all errors are looking like the picture or the program fails like ssd toolbox for example.

Please solve this issue, it is very annoying.

Just noticed, I can't even turn a picture with activated On-access-scan!

It's because of "Scan all files" in the On-access-scan options!
