Public Or Home Network

Hi,


I have this game, call of duty: modern warfare 3. I can play this game at home, when im connected to a home network.


But the problem is, when i want to play this game in a public network, I cannot connect to the online services.


I already tried adding the game to the exception list and turning my firewall off and other things, but nothing seem to work.


So i figured out it must have something to do with the type of network.


Does anyone know more about different settings for different types of network?
