Didnt Receive Licence Key

Hi. I have just paid for the 2012 antivirus software and at the final stage of the order I had my licence key displayed but before I could use it or write it down, I had a pc crash and now i dont know my key. I received a paypal confirmation email for my payment but nothing from bitdefender detailing my order with my key. How can I get it now?

    Sounds like you had quite the day so far. Hope your PC is up and running again. You will have to wait here for Tech Support to help you with that one, or you can try phone support. If you have a online email account (gmail/yahoo etc) try re-checking it for a confirmation email.
