[resolved] Scanning Upon Bootup?

I'm running BitDefender Internet Security 2012 under Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium.

Usually I don't closely watch the screen when I reboot my PC, but earlier today I did just that and noticed a plain-text message briefly appear just before the Windows login screen, which said "The antivirus solution installed on your computer is cleaning your system." It went by fairly quickly, but I believe that was the full text.

Is this normal?

    Hello :)

When a malware is using Windows resources and can not be deleted because the operating system is running, the actions will be scheduled for the next reboot.

In this way the malware will be deleted before is loaded into memory.

That action is normal. Thank you.
