Is there any setting in the GUI for USB immunizer? I would like USB drives to be automatically immunized and I don't see this happening.
The only evidence that the USB immunizer exists is right clicking on the usb drive.

I have noticed that immunizing a USB removed the identification name given to the USB device and will not permit a name change after - so all USB become "Removable Disk" instead of the unique name allocated by me to help identify which of my four identical red 4gb devices I have in E: F: G: or H: drive. This is not helpful.
According to the manual, you need to use the contextual menu (right click) to get to the immuniser.
I immunised my USB and it still has the original ID I gave it.
You can also set BD to not allow auto-run from USB for non-immunised devices.
Type 'immunize' into the user manual search from Help and Support on the BD control panel > Bitdefender Help.
