How do I reset it when it times out? Something happened yesterday when I tried to use it and could not click continue or next. When I went to use it today, it left me with a timeout message & no way to reset it or whatever.

    I suppose the connection timed out and you get an ERR_CONNECTION_TIMEOUT. If this is the case, then is the server that did not responded in time. Simply refresh the page.
