Bitdefender Internet Security Email Or Password Wrong

I buy a bitdefender internet security 2011.

Remove it from pc because i have a virus but now i dont cant download bis201 (bitdefender internet security 2011)

I download 2012 version logged in that works, with 313 day remainnig, but i must complete regestration with emai and password.

Password that i losted i create a new password but i cant get trough regestration completing then he sais: ''email adress or password are wrong please try again'' :huh:

Must i activate the new password??

But i can login with my current emailadress and new password on bitdefender site.

What doing worng?

Ps: where can i download bitdefender internet security 2011?
