Scan Issue

it's been several times now that i had issues with threats when running a full system scan and support did gather all infos after thoses issues occurences and they where supposed to contact me asap but till now i haven't heard from nobody. What is going on ? On top of that the scan time is outrageous. BD 2013 latest build system windows 7 64.
