Access Denied

When I select a folder to be sync'd with Safebox, it no longer allows me to access that folder on my computer. It tells me that my access is denied. If I turn off the auto sync feature, I can access the folder again, but none of the files will work. I have to actually copy them out of the folder and paste them into a different folder to access them. This seriously can't be how the program was designed...

    Do you also have another backup solution installed?


    Did you exclude the Safebox processes from your current antivirus software?
