Bitdefender 2013 Turning Off

Well I had 2012 and it was being turned off and when it was, the internet was not working with the Windows 7 error message saying no antivirus. So I installed 2013 a couple days ago, and it worked fine until this morning. The internet stopped working and it turned off with the Windows error message again. Then it shows as being on with autopilot on, but Windows shows its off. To fix, I have to run Spybot and Bitdefender, then reboot and it starts working again. This usually lasts a few hours, then rinse and repeat.

I have ran the log file already, so let me know it is good and I will PM you.

Running multiple security solutions on the same PC may affect their proper functionality as they compete for access to the same system resources. Even if they are turned off, there are some active processes running in the background.

We recommend you to uninstall other security solutions in order for Bitdefender to work properly.

A product update was released. Your build should be 16.21.0.1504(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).

In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).
