Malfunctioned Immuniztion From Pop-up

Kindly see the attachment that I immunized the USB Stick from the Pop-up when it is inserted, and then I check the immunization status from the Windows Explorer by right click on the USB Stick i.e from the contextual menu, the Bitdefender still show that the USB Stick is not immunized and the text "Immunize this drive" is not grayed out.
