Bitdefender Account Login Problem

Hello.


I am using Bitdefender TS 2013. I have 30 days trial version. The problem is that I CAN"T login into my bitdefender account. Whenever I am trying it shows


"Your internet connection has timed out causing the authentication to fail. Please sumbit your account information again"

    Are you currently connected to a Wi-Fi network? Could you connect to a wired network to activate the product? Are you behind a firewall(from your router)?


    From the logs I can see that you have one Atheros network card.

    Hello :). Thank you for quick response. Yes I am using the WiFi network. However I have changed it to wired network but it still shows the same picture. "Are you behind a firewall(from your router)?" I can not understand the question. I am using the ADSL modem, which can give a both WiFi and Lan network.

    A product update was released. Your build should be 16.23.0.1637(please right click on Bitdefender icon from system tray-near the clock-and choose "About". You should see in the left side the build number).


    In order for the product update to be installed, you need to reboot your machine(you should see in the Events -> "Reboot required" under the Update module).

    Georgia, What is the fix? I have having this same problem. It is not convenient to connect my PC to a wired network. I am on wi-fi
