Remote Access Feature Not Available

New with BitDefender 2013 products is the ability to have remote access to PC's using the MyBitdefender online console.


My issue with this is that even though I am running IS 2013, I have no access to this feature. The reason is that since my license is for the 2012 product all 3 of my computers are shown in MyBitdefender as running 2012 versions.


According to Tech Support, the product shown as installed on each computer in MyBitdefender is linked to the product license key.


So I can have a free upgrade to 2013 but I can't have all the benefits/features of 2013. <img class=" />


Will there be a solution for this?
