RTP = OFF
IDS = Aggressive
AVC = Agressive
Which one AVC or IDS will detect the malicious file first if it is even detected by both? Which one is quicker?

It depends on the file type, location, operating systems.
Usually, in an normal situation, AVC should stop the file because the behavioral filter is a lot faster in Bitdefender 2013.
