How Does One Get A Refund As Product Has Not Worked.

I planned on switching from Avast to Bitdefender for that little bit more security.


However it has been a dismal failure, poor support, no response from debug log submittal, and attempts by support to have me debug your product.


I've even referred them to your own threads for one of the myriad problems:

It didn't work out, but even though I've attempted to contact your company and avangate three times, I've yet to hear a response.


It would seem that you would prefer not to have negative reviews out there, so please direct me to the proper department.
