Anti Virus Control Ignoring Exclusions?
I run have a program that I run in a sandbox using sandboxie. I am 99.9% sure that the program is clean but bitdefender's real time Anti Virus Control will always force close the program after a few minutes because it detect it as potentially dangerous. I have tried to select "Allow and monitor", adding the program to the exclusion list, or add the the entire folder in exclusion list, but BD still close the program randomly by reporting it as dangerous. The only way that I can run the program without any interruption is by turn Game Mode on. If there anyway to make BD stop scanning this program without reducing the protection level?
(The company that made this software was no longer in business)

Hi mmdmmd
What version of Bitdefender are you using, the Suite? Total Security? If so, did you also add it to the Firewall Exclusions?

I am using internet security 2013
The program is not on my firewall list so I guess it's not trying to connect to the internet?0 -
