Windows Xp Blue Screen In Bdselfpr.sys
I put BD 2013 Antivirus Plus on my father-in-law's PC a couple of months ago without any problems. But recently his PC has started to occasionally blue screen during boot. Most of the memory dumps point to BD, the latest to bdselfpr.sys. He is running Windows XP SP3 with all of the updates installed. I've included a small portion of the Windbg output below. Any help you can offer to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.
