Links Wont Open
Hi.
Not sure if this is BitDefender related, but I've built a PC for a mate, installed BD Antivirus (not the free version) on it.
He is 1200klms away, so this is hard. He registered BD this morning, so he has a registered version.
I get a call tonight, and telling me that links in emails and off forums (hotlinks, images etc), only open a blank window. I know this was all working prior to him picking up the computer, as I surfed my forums a few times while I was running the usual 120000 Windows updates.
I can't seem to find anything on the forum here that would help, is there a setting on BD that could do this? I've run an installation of BD on my spare machine using the default settings here and dont see anything I could change to stop hotlinks. Am I missing something here?
The machine is a fairly standard installation.
Win 7 fully patched 64 bit.
Office 2010 etc.
IE 9
Thoughts?
