Rescue Mode Error Help

Hi I don't understand what is the problem in rescue mode whenever I run it and start the scan it runs for some time and then everything disappears and a horizontal X symbol appears at the place of mouse arrow and whenever I move my mouse the X symbol moves.

Does the issue still persist? Could you please tell me why did you try to scan in Rescue Mode? Was there any malware issue unresolved?
