Rescue Mode Booting Entry Remains On Boot

Once I restarted my system to scan from Rescue Mode, the booting entry remains there as dual booting option is the Windows Boot Manager even after restart and shutdown the system from Rescue Mode properly. I've read the old thread regarding this issue, but I want to get guidance from technical support before proceeding, because it is my office system and I can't take any risk. Suggest other way rather using EasyBCD tool.

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate SP1, 32bits
