AVC detected svhost.exe as malicious. I checked it on two systems. I also checked the file from virustotal and it is declared clean.

The file is hidden and its location is "C:\Users\TECHNICAL\AppData\Roaming" .

That is a strange spelling and in a strange location. The 'c' is left off - svchost versus svhost.

I would definitely treat this as malware.
