the shortcut for safe pay is not existing in my desktop or start menu.

Can I download it?

There is not an option to download it, but let's see if the below solutions will help.

You can try running a repair to see if that resolves the missing Safepay icons: http://forum.bitdefender.com/index.php?showtopic=35489

A. To recreate the shortcut for Safepay on your Desktop, please follow these steps:

1. Right click on your Desktop where you want to place the shortcut (make sure that there isn't already an icon there);

2. Select the option 'New' and then 'Shortcut';

3. In the new window that will appear, in the 'Type the location of the item' box enter the following text without the inverted commas:

For Windows 32 bit: 'C:\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender 2013\obk.exe'

For Windows 64 bit: 'C:\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender 2013\antispam32\obk.exe'

Note: please refer to this Microsoft article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/827218 to check if you have a 32 bit or a 64 bit operating system.

4. Then enter Safepay as the name of the shortcut, click 'Finish' and the shortcut will be created.

And now when you will click on the shortcut, Safepay will open.

B. To recreate the shortcut in the Start folder, follow these steps:

1. Select the Safepay shortcut from your Desktop, right click on it and select the 'Copy' option;

2. Go to Start -> All Programs and right click on the Bitdefender entry;

3. Select the 'Open' option;

4. Once the new folder opens, right click anywhere inside it and select 'Paste';

5. Now you should have the Safepay shortcut active in Start as well.
