How To Forbid Download Files

Is it possible to forbid download of any files from Internet? This function used to be in Kaspersky and I consider this as "must have" for any respectable parental control systems.


P.S. I am using Bitdefender Total Security 2013 now. Hopefully I will not regret my decision to abandon Kaspersky and buy Bitdefender.

    Just for clarification, I mean download of such file types like executable, archives, mp3, etc. using a browser. Certainly, such files like html pages, pictures, JScript and other browsing content should not be restricted.
