I don't think a client program running on my computer can protect a remote computer (the server). Virtual/secure keyboard prevents the local computer hijacking - if a piece a malware installs a keyboard listener (usually called a hook) to intercept what the user is typing, by using Safepay virtual keyboard such keyboard messages simply does not exists: Safepay virtual keyboard communicates *directly* with the browser, without emulating keyboard.

If a website is hacked, that means the attackers can present you (almost) the same web pages you would see on the legit website.

There is website certificate (that attest they are who they say) which is checked by Safepay, and web traffic analyzer of the addresses (which are recognized by our cloud-based scanner) which prevents phising, malware, scam etc.

But the term "hacked" can mean many things. Obviously, if someone cracks the bank security and can replace the bank website with another that have the same security marks as the legit one, there is not much a security product can do on the client computer. (What trust can be in a bank that can be hacked ? Whoever says otherwise is blatant marketing IMHO. Companies and corporations uses business/server security products as well which protects them on their side).
