The first page works where you enter username but then it redirects to the password page with a picture that it asks if you recognize it.It is this page what does not work.

    It is not easy for us to reproduce since we don't have an account for testing on the website. That why I would like you to help us more with this one.


    What does it means the page does not work? It does not open, not displaying the correct content (you can compare with what is displayed in your default browser), or when you try to use it to authenticate it does not perform correctly?
