Hello,

When using the high-speed Safepal such payments are not payU

automatically imported data transfer to our bank transfer window.

Every time I use the prompt payment by logging in to our bank from

once we have an open tab, along with the completed transfer of data.

Just click OK and the transfer will be handled.

Unfortunately, the Safepay and payment payU (these payments just tested) was not automatically redirected to the tab overflow nor

completed the data transfer itself.

This is a big problem because such payments as payU not wyszczegulaniają data transfer and it is not possible to enter them manually in the order payment.

I ask you to verify that described the problem.

There is at 100% for quick payments through payU

Bank to which no data is added to the ING Bank Slaski.

I am not sure exactly which is the problem here; is a new tab (popup) which is not opened? (correct me if I didn't understand exactly).

I notice that neither of the domains www.ingbank.pl, nor www.en.payu.pl are not listed as banks in our system.

These two domains were added to our detection system and now have the bank category which allows them to open new tabs/popups.

Can you try to do these steps:

- navigate to http://www.en.payu.pl/ and then click on address bar + icon to add the web site to your Favorites (if is a domain you trust !)

- repeat the process for the second address, http://www.ingbank.pl/ to have them both in Favorites

and then retry your operation.
