I have downloaded the support tool and run it per your instructions in the forum.

However, I don't see the email address you want me to send the files to. Please let me know where to send the files. The error log file is too large to attach to this message.

Welcome to the Bitdefender forums!
You can upload the support tool log on a file server like http://www.sendspace.com or http://www.mediafire.com and post the download link.
If you were already asked to generate these logs, disregard the above message and just post the ticket ID.
I also need to know what issue are you facing with your Bitdefender product. If you receive an error message in Bitdefender a screen shot would also be helpful.
