Installation Crash

I've just downloaded the trial version of Bitdefender Total security 2013.When I launch the application it says me "There is an

incompatibility application please unistall it and install bitdefender,cliock to the green button to do this " .I haven't antivirus but I pushed the green button to install Bitdefender but anything happens.How to install this antivirus?

To further check on this. Can you also please post the link where you downloaded the installer? What's the OS that you are currently using?

Post here the snapshot of that message. Do you have installed Hot-Spot Shield software?

Yes I have hotspot DNS

You have to uninstall this for the proper installation of Bitdefender. Once the Bitdefender is installed , you can re-install Hotspot without any problem.
