Locked Out Of Account
Tried to login and I couldn't remember my password so I asked to reset it. After getting my link, I entered my new password and it said "Unknown error occurred, try again later"
I tried getting a new link and the same thing happened. Afterwards, I started guessing what my old password could be and eventually I guessed correctly. However this only worked for about 2 minutes as it logged me out and my old password was no longer valid. I figured my new password must have just been merged into the system but that one didn't work either.
Could an admin look into why the system is giving me an error and PM me a new password?
I'm also doing this all to see if I reinstall Windows completely, can I still use the original key of my BitDefender IS 2013 installation.

I need to know if the error appears in the Bitdefender product or when you go to https://my.bitdefender.com/ . Does the error persists if you change the web browser?
Please post back a screen shot displaying the error message.
