Doubt About Antivirus Scan

Hello guys, i was searching about AntiVirus these days and i get very interested in get BitDefender, but one complain that some users made got my attention. They said that if you do a scan with BitDefender and it find for example 30 malicious files, it will delete them and won`t even show to you which files were deleted, and they said that BitDefender doesn`t work with quarantine, is this all true? As a user i can`t control these things?
