Popup After Game-mode

Each time I come out of game - mode, BD TS 2014 gives me a pop-up saying that I'm in the user-mode. AND - when I put a tick not to show it again, it won't work, it will show up the next time i come out of the game-mode! I mean, wtf?


So, my question is : is this OK, that when I tick it not to remind me again, it doesn't work?
