Android Device Locked-out By Anti-theft

Hi. Hope someone can help out on this.


I downloaded and installed Bitdefender Anti-theft app for android and tested the anti-theft features: locate, lock and send alert. Unfortunately for me, while the remote lock worked, I can't access the device as the pin I registered with is not unlocking the device. I have confirmed it online from the Show Password options.


I need to access my device. Please help out.
