Regarding A False Positive Submission

I submitted the following html code that is in a html file that Bit defender 2013 is saying has malicious code in it.
I know for a fact that the code isnt malicious because its only % (percentage) signs on each side of a placeholder for software to know where to add the desired data that was asked in a previous screen.

Here is the response I received from your company.
Tell me how the above code is malicious and will cause any harm
Bit defender will not open the html page in anything. I am not able to add this file to a whitelist to go ahead and allow it to run at my request.
The html file is part of a software product that i use that uses it as a template to build a sales letter from questions asked within previous screens of the software.
I am very upset that the customer service agent says that malicious code was detected when there is no code that can be run on the html file. There is no javascript or ****** or php code etc that can be executed.
How do I allow set bit defender to run and ignore this file?
